Corpus Ethics Consulting has the expertise to streamline the relevant work flow. This expertise is derived from education, experience and hours working with lawyers, paralegals, managers, and court officials.
Corpus Ethics Consulting is led by Matt P. Lavine, an attorney who began practicing law in 1986. Lavine has tried hundreds of cases in both the public and private sector. His practice areas have included commercial real estate transactions and litigation, zoning and tax appeals, criminal defense, federal civil rights litigation, workers' compensation, general negligence, and wrongful termination.
Lavine holds a B.A. from Johns Hopkins (1981) and an M.A. (1985) and J.D. (1985) from Duke University.
Complementing his work with Corpus Ethics, Lavine continues to practice law, albeit on a small scale, and serves as an Adjunct Professor to the University of Maryland's University College.
